We ship by US mail - using what is now termed "Priority Mail".
Monographs whose weight sum to 2.5 pounds or less fit in the padded envelope, which costs $8.30.
Above 2.5 pounds, a medium box is required, costing $14.00.
Above 5 pounds, increasingly larger boxes are required, with the costs being adjusted accordingly.
